NIGEL WILLIAMS
Alliance Chair / European Parking Association
Nigel Williams has worked in the French and UK parking sectors for over 30‐years. He was respectively Managing Director of Vinci Park UK (now Saba UK) and Development Director for Q‐Park UK. He started the UK-based specialist parking consultancy Parking Matters in 2008 and its French sister company Statiom in 2013. Nigel is Chair of the Board of Directors of the British Parking Association and a member of the European Parking Association's Board of Directors. More about Parking Matters.

EasyPark Group
Lorenzo Baldari has served as a Project Manager at EasyPark Group since 2018. With previous experience in the bike-sharing industry, Lorenzo’s background is rooted in the world of smart mobility. In his current role, Lorenzo manages the Market Insight team and supports new market launches and acquisition projects. Having led development projects across EasyPark’s core markets, Lorenzo has developed a strong understanding of the European parking landscape. As an APDS Board Member, Lorenzo aims at contributing to the work of the committee by bringing a new wrinkle and a different perspective based on his professional experience. More about EasyPark.
EDOUARD DE VAUCLEROY
Interparking Group
CFO of the Interparking Group, Edouard de Vaucleroy joined the company in 2001, after building a 14-year experience in the real estate sector. With an education in Finance and in Real Estate, Edouard has developed a strong background allowing him to face the challenges of his existing function. These includes the supervision of new acquisitions, the financing of the group, the financial follow-up of the operations and the reporting of financial records to the shareholders. This position also includes the holding of Board Membership in many subsidiaries of Interparking, in the nine countries where the company is operating. A father of three daughters, Edouard is based in Brussels where he lives with his family. More about Interparking Group.
MICHAEL DROW, CAPP
Parking Revenue Recovery Services
Mike Drow, CAPP is the Chief Executive Officer at Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS), Inc, a leader in parking enforcement and revenue collections services. During his more than 15 years in the parking industry, he has built several technology-based solutions and service operations. He has led the development of mobility services, remote management operations, mobile payments and interactive marketing services and has worked with municipalities, universities, airports and urban garages. Mike serves on the board of the Alliance for Parking Data Standards, is the Co-chair of IPMI Technology Committee and is certified as a Project Management Professional and CAPP. More about PRRS.
MARTIN KAMMLER
Scheidt & Bachmann, Germany
Martin Kammler is Managing Director Parking Division at Scheidt & Bachmann, Germany, and responsible for all global parking activities at S&B. He joined S&B as a managing director in 2007. Martin's background is IT solutions and transaction services in the domain of public transport, logistics and parking. He has worked for industry leaders in this field in several senior level positions. He is a member of the board of the Global Alliance for Parking Data Standards and on the advisory board of the initiative for cooperation between startups and established industries of the German Ministry of Research. NICK LESTER-DAVIS
Nick Lester-Davis Consulting
Nick Lester-Davis has been active in the parking sector for more than 30 years. He was responsible for introducing civil parking enforcement into the UK and had an oversight of parking management and enforcement within London for 25 years, working for the government of London. During that time his responsibilities extended into transport and traffic strategies and transport operations for London. He has been on the Board of the British Parking Association since 1993. He was on the Board of the European Parking Association from 2001 to 2015, and served as its President from 2009 to 2015. He was also President of the BPA in 2001 and is now chair of its Public Affairs Board. He is now a consultant in his own company, specializing in transport, traffic and parking strategies. BRENT PAXTON
Industry Consultant
Brent Paxton joined Strategic Partners, LLC in 2020. Prior to that, he worked with Premium Parking, and spent eight years as the Executive Vice President of Parkmobile. Prior to Parkmobile, he also spent six years as the Chief Financial Officer for Atlanta-based parking operator AmeriPark. During his tenure in the industry, he has been a leader in the mobility space, and was responsible for positioning Parkmobile (a startup at the time) for the distribution of its parking technology in the North American market. Additionally, he has been responsible for hundreds of municipal, university, and private operator relationships, handling all business accounts that were utilizing mobility related services & solutions.
KEITH WILLIAMS
Parking Matters
Keith Williams has been a payment systems and parking technology solutions innovator for more than 20 years. He worked at international parking equipment supplier WPS in senior management positions, including UK MD and Global Group Product Manager. Keith is Technical Director at Parking Matters specializing in the design, specification and implementation of payment systems and data management for parking. Shawn Conrad, CAE is Chief Executive Officer of the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI). He earned a sterling reputation as an association leader in a number of industries over 20 years before joining IPMI in 2008. Since then, he has spearheaded efforts that support our shared mission to advance the parking profession, including creating world renowned certification and accreditation programs, conducting ground-breaking research, and developing an industry-wide publications program. Shawn established the Global Parking Associations Leadership Summit, the Accessible Parking Coalition, and the IPMI Latin Parking Conference & Expo for parking professionals in South America. ANDREW PESTER
British Parking Association | APDS Treasurer
Andrew joined the British Parking Association (BPA) in 2015 and led a transformative organiation redesign before being appointed Chief Executive in April 2017. He brings around 20 years of experience in a range of government, regulatory, commercial, and leadership roles providing strategic, operational and policy advice. Andrew led a number of high-profile energy sector policies at the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) and has informed and shaped both GB and European legislation. Previously, he was responsible for developing the governments’ capacity market auction design to incentivize investment in energy infrastructure, which was enshrined in the Energy Act. Andrew has also managed collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders and as a national expert, he contributed to the evolution of the Council of European Energy Regulators, a not-for-profit association in Brussels, and informed the voice of Europe’s national energy regulators at EU and international level. LAURENCE BANNERMAN
European Parking Association
Laurence Bannerman is an international expert on parking development and management, urban mobility, and urban revitalization projects with more than thirty years experience in the sector. He has held important positions in both the public and private sectors of the parking industry. He was the first Director of the Parking Division of S.T.A. Spa. (the mobility authority of the city of Rome) in which he implemented and managed the public parking system. He was also the Director of Business Development in the Urban Systems division in Saba Italia Spa. Today he is President of EPA, the European Parking Association, Chair of the EPA Scientific and Technical Committee, Secretary General of the Italian Parking Association AIPARK and a parking and mobility consultant.
